Rotate with ←/→ (or A/D) in 30° steps. Click or tap on the play area to steer toward that location. Space toggles voice. Press R to restart.

You can drive with the keyboard, give small orders, or even just say 'Eat and grow' and the worm will do pretty ok without your help.
