Our bright consultants are also known as Elumenites.  They are charged to provide our clients with solid technical solutions to the complex integration problems associated with business solutions built using Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Portal Server and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.

Qualifications:
· Must have exceptional customer service, problem solving, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
· Sufficient technical depth to communicate with SharePoint technologies
· The ability to work with minimal supervision
· Must demonstrate the aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in politically charged environments.
· Show the ability to enhance the technical expertise of peers via training development and delivery, mentoring of new hires, and team content development.
· Preference in a background working at a systems integrator and/or within the environment of a Fortune 500 corporation.

Technical Foundation Requirements:
· Knowledge & technical proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint Technologies including Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Portal Server, & Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.
· Solid understanding of the Microsoft Windows platform and standard client/server, networking, and Internet fundamentals.
· Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
· Practical user mode debugging is a preferred skill, but not required.

Education:
College degree, preferably in Computer Science, is required. MCTS in SharePoint Technologies or other applicable advanced certification is strongly preferred, but not required at hire; however, must be obtained within 12 months of hire. We will consider related field (or equivalent) experience.

Travel:
Overnight travel may be required from to time.

SharePoint Developer

The Developer will primarily be responsible for the programming and development of Microsoft SharePoint solutions.  

Qualifications and skills include:
· 2+ years of hands-on experience with development in Visual Studio (C# or VB.NET)
· Basic ASP.NET skills
· Windows Workflow Foundation
· Web Services
· WSS Object Model
· WSS Web Services
· SQL Server 2005 and ADO.NET
· Web Server Directory Security
· Site definitions
· List definitions and CAML



SharePoint Administrator
The Administrator will primarily be responsible for standing up a SharePoint site. 

Qualifications and skills include:
· 2+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint 2003/2007.
· Solid understanding of SharePoint site administration and permissions structure.
· Experience in configuration, deployment and maintenance of SharePoint products & technologies.
· Knowledge and experience with SharePoint customization using Site Definitions, SharePoint Templates and the development of custom web parts.
· Knowledge of areas, sites, site collections, workspaces, web parts, document libraries, and lists as they relate to SharePoint and know when and how to use them all effectively.
· Experience in Document Collaboration tools and company wide information systems.
· Experience with Microsoft Identity Integration server is a plus.
 
 
SharePoint Designer
The Designer will primarily be responsible for the overall user experience of a SharePoint solution such as the look, feel and branding.
 
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of hands-on experience with designing SharePoint sites with Microsoft SharePoint Designer
· Development of the presentation layer code and over technical implementation of the design layout
· Lead requirements gatherings from clients
· Translate concepts into effective information architectures
· Elicit user interface look-n-feel requirements from clients
· Work with clients to refine design concepts
· Participate in SDLC activities with SharePoint developers such as development and testing
· Develop finalized user inteface concept into working presentation layer code
· Proficient with cross browser, cross platform, and DOM web development issues and resolutions
· UI requirements documentation - site architectures, wire frames, use cases
· Application of content management, personalization, targeting and searching systems

SharePoint Enterprise Infrastructure Architect
The Enterprise Infrastructure Architect will primarily be responsible for leading at the enterprise level the infrastructure/physical design and integration of a SharePoint based solution.

· Lead the gathering of requirements from clients
· Hardware Acquisition (RAM, CPU, Disk I/O, and other hardware considerations)
· Performance Monitoring
· Clustering
· Capacity Planning

· High Availability: Microsoft Cluster Services, Windows Network Load Balancing
· Storage: Appliances, SANs, Archive Storage, HBA’s

SharePoint Enterprise Development Architect
The Enterprise Development Architect will primarily be responsible for leading at the enterprise level the implementation of a full life cycle, custom SharePoint based solution.
 
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of experience in architectural design at the enterprise level.  Possess extensive knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle including: requirements planning, system design, development, quality assurance, and product implementation.
· Leading the overall design of a custom SharePoint solution, particularly with MOSS 2007
· Serving in the function as a technical consultant, transferring technical information to client and team members, managing project deliverables and developing client relations
· Providing thought leadership on best practices for architectural design
· A thorough understanding of enterprise application integration involving Workflows, Business Process and Forms, Business Intelligence, Collaboration, CRM, Enterprise Content Management, and Portals
· Lead architecture and design reviews for all SharePoint projects that focus on planning, deploying, and targeting new or significant modifications of existing enterprise SharePoint implementations
· When applicable, mentor and/or train existing staff while developing solutions
· Serve as a Technical Lead managing other SharePoint Developers

· Skilled in delivering training at various skill levels (beginner and advanced)
· Experienced training anywhere from 10 - 50 people at one time
· Outstanding presentation skills
· High energy, passionate and dynamic presence
· Serving as a Subject Matter Expert in SharePoint having created and maintained a topic or topics for SharePoint training curriculum.
· Hands on experience with SharePoint
· Frequent contribution in the technical community, such as blogs, webinars, events, or user groups
· The ability to communicate information in a meaningful way to students 

Technical Skills:

SharePoint Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will primarily be responsible serving as a business systems analyst for a custom SharePoint based solution.
 
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of hands-on experience serving as a business analyst
· Very strong written and verbal communication skills
· Good documentation and analytical skills.
· Performed JAD sessions with Subject Matter Experts
· Ability to document business flows
· Translate complex business requirements into solution/system requirements and data/business process models
· Document and define business requirements using UML Use Cases
· Complete various documentation such as a project charter, scope, business requirements, functional designs, test plans and work-breakdown structures
· Map system requirements
· Data modeling
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
· Able to work well under aggressive deadlines.
· Development and delivery of training to business users
· Assist internal teams with design and implementation of SharePoint (plus)
 
Technical Skills:
· 2+ years of knowledge in at least one of the following: Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Portal Server, & Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.

SharePoint Instructional Designer/Technical Writer
The Instructional Designer/Technical Writer will primarily be responsible for developing  written documentation for a custom SharePoint based solution.

Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in any of the following: technical writing, professional writing, instructional design, end user manuals, policies and procedures, online help systems, web content, training materials, and technical white papers.
· Worked on at least one (1) SharePoint project
· Skilled in organizing and translating complex/technical information into clearly understood manuals, courseware, and web content.  

Technical Skills:
· Knowledge in at least one of the following: Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Portal Server, & Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.
